RETURNS POLICY

  • We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Jack's Diving Locker.

  • However, should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).

  • Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached.

  • We aim to process returns the day they arrive with us, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process during peak periods.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • Please complete the returns form on the reverse of your delivery note and include it with the securely repacked item(s) you wish to return.

  • You can return the item to us using the 3 methods listed below;

  • Ship it back to us

  • Drop off in store

  • Request a return shipping label (damaged or defective items only)

 

  1. Shipping Back Items

    • You may return your items to the address below using your preferred postage method.

    • You are responsible for all postage costs. We recommend insuring our package.

    • Please address the package to:

  2. Return to Jack's Diving Locker

    • You can also return your item(s) along with your delivery note in person to our store in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. One of our friendly colleagues will be happy to assist you with refunding your order.

  3. Request A Return Shipping Label

    • If your item was damaged in shipment or has a manufacturers' defect, please contact us for a return authorization.
