RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Jack's Diving Locker.

However, should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached.

We aim to process returns the day they arrive with us, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process during peak periods.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please complete the returns form on the reverse of your delivery note and include it with the securely repacked item(s) you wish to return.

You can also return your item(s) along with your delivery note in person to our store in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. One of our friendly colleagues will be happy to assist you with refunding your order.

If your item was damaged in shipment or has a manufacturers' defect, please contact us for a return authorization.

Not necessarily. Any condition that affects the ears, sinuses, respiratory function or heart function or may alter consciousness is a concern, but only a physician can assess a person's individual risk. Physicians can consult with the Divers Alert Network (DAN) as necessary when assessing a scuba candidate.
DAN has information available online if you wish to do some research.
