Individual Cancellation Policy

You may make changes or cancellations to your individual trip and course reservations up to 24 hours* prior to the trip without charge. All changes or cancellations after that will result in the full price being charged to the credit card used to make the reservation(s).  For this reason, we recommend trip insurance and using a premium credit card with cancellation benefits like Chase Sapphire, Amex Platinum, etc.

*Exceptions:

Holiday Period: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all indiviual trip and course reservations between December 20th and January 5th.

Pelagic Magic:  A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to the Pelagic Magic Dive.

Kids Camps: A 7-day cancellation policy applies to all Kids Camps.

Professional Level Dive Courses: A 30-day cancellation policy applies to professional level courses.

Private Charters Cancellation Policy

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.  Full payment is due and non-refundable 30 days prior to your Private Charter.  We recommend trip insurance and using a premium credit card with cancellation benefits (like Chase Sapphire, Amex Platinum, etc.) to give you the best protection against unforseen circumstances.
