Deep Diver
Enjoy Exploring the Deeper Depths of Kona’s Amazing Underwater World!
With steep drop-offs and clear water, Kona is the perfect place to experience the thrill of total immersion. Oftentimes the water is so clear you can see the surface when you’re 100' below. Deep divers often look for some of Kona’s classic deep water critters such as Tinker’s Butterflyfish or Bicolor Anthias.

Occasionally, divers explore a small wreck in Kailua Bay called the Naked Lady (aka Engedi) where they might encounter the endemic Hawaiian Lionfish. Training by a PADI certified Deep Diver Specialty Instructor at Jack’s Diving Locker ensures you'll get the most from going deep!
