REFERRAL CERTIFICATIONS

If you don't have the opportunity to take a full certification class at home due to time, weather, or access to local dive sites, Referral certification is the way to go! After completing your classroom and pool dives back home, come to Kona's warm, clear waters to do your checkout dives.

Our two day program allows you to go on four fun dives with your instructor. After a few skills you'll get to explore exciting reefs and see beautiful tropical fish.

We offer PADI and NAUI Referral Certifications (after 6 months we recommend you take a refresher before completing your certification; after 1 year those agencies require that you do the entire class again) as well as Universal Referrals (with the Universal Referral Program the actual form has to be renewed by your instructor every 30 days). Make sure you bring your completed paperwork and medical forms when you come to Kona.

COSTS: $295.00 plus tax

[Just need to do 1 day or two dives only? : $185]

PREREQUISITES: Minimum age - 10yrs old

STUDENTS TO PROVIDE:

• Completed Referral Paperwork
• Completed Medical Form (Dr's signature required in some cases) For a copy of the Medical Form e-mail or call us with your fax number or click here for the pdf

• Log Book
• 2 passport size photos
• Own mask, snorkel, fins and timing device(Rental gear is available)

TIME REQUIRED: Two 8hr days

DISCOUNTS: 10% off most regular priced merchandise and $5.00 off of dives or dive packages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 hours notice needed or full charge

**If there are any questions that have been answered YES on your Medical form, you need to get a medical release from us for your doctor to sign before starting class.**
