    Join us for an evening of entertainment with two dives - one in late afternoon and one at night. First, explore the reef as the sun begins to fade over Kona and watch as the colorful reef fish search for a cozy place to sleep, garden eels rhythmically dance in the sand or a green sea turtle swims by to say good night. You may even witness large, graceful Manta Rays coming into the reef to be cleaned by the Hawaiian Cleaner Fish. Come up from your dive to view a beautiful Hawaiian sunset, relax and have a bite to eat.

On the second dive, you descend into darkness and in the beam of your light watch the night life come alive. Observe in awe as Manta Rays glide in from the darkness to feed on the microscopic plankton attracted to your light. You may also follow a hunting moray as it searches for its next meal. Watch as he attacks an unsuspecting tang, twists his body in a knot and swallows the fish. Visit shy shrimp, crabs, delicate nudibranchs and sleeping fish. Manta Ray Night Dive

Manta Dive Details:
– $145 for Divers, Rental gear available
– $125 for Snorkelers, Rental gear included

Dive Days:
– Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday

Meeting time:
– 3:15 p.m. at town shop (April 1st - August 31)
– 2:45 p.m. at town shop (September 1st - March 31)

Return:
– Between 9:00-10:00 p.m.

Includes:
– 2 Scuba Dives with a Professional Guide
– Tanks and Weights and dive light
– Sandwich, snacks and drinks

Divers Provide:
– Certified Divers bring C-Card
– BCD, Regulator, Wetsuit, Mask/Fins/Snorkel gear
– Rental gear available @ $8.50 per piece

Cancellation Policy:
– We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
– Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours will result in a full charge cancellation fee - no exceptions!

Holiday (Christmas) Cancellation Policy:
– We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
– Changes or cancellations made with less than 72 hours will result in a full charge cancellation fee - no exceptions!

Although we see manta rays about 80% of the time, mantas are wild animals and are not guaranteed on the Manta Night Dive. Likewise, there may be times when ocean conditions require us to dive at sites other than the traditional manta dive sites.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to dive at the manta dive site on these trips.
