About

Cosmo (yes, that's his real name) grew up loving the water in Maryland, sailing on the Chesapeake bay, and Scotland, rowing on the canals. He earned his undergad in bioliogical sciences at Edinburgh University and Masters in Biochemistry at University College London. After a short stint at a desk job, researching cancer drugs, he ran off to sea, finding a job as a deckhand on liveaboard sail boats in North Queensland, Australia. A couple months as a Bering Sea fisherman funded his diving education in Cozumel, Mexico, before returning to Big Island to work as a Dive Instructor and gain his Captain's Credential. He now drives and dives for Jack's Diving Locker.
