Individual Cancellation Policy
You may make changes or cancellations to your individual trip and course reservations up to 24 hours* prior to the trip without charge. All changes or cancellations after that will result in the full price being charged to the credit card used to make the reservation(s).
*Exceptions:
Holiday Period: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all indiviual trip and course reservations between December 20th and January 5th.
Pelagic Magic: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to the Pelagic Magic Dive.
Kids Camps: A 7-day cancellation policy applies to all Kids Camps.
Professional Level Dive Courses: A 30-day cancellation policy applies to professional level courses.
Private Charters Cancellation Policy
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due and non-refundable 30 days prior to your Private Charter
