Rescue Diver Camp

Snorkel, Scuba, and Marine Life Education Camps

This Four Day Camp is the most Challenging and Rewarding Camp! The Camp Includes both the PADI Emergency First Responder course (CPR/First Aid) and the PADI Rescue Diver course.

Students prepare by completing the PADI eLearning course online prior to starting the camp as well as reading the EFR manual.  Camp includes class sessions, pool and shore dives. Upon successful completion of this course, students receive the PADI EFR and Rescue Diver certifications.

COST:
– $495 plus tax and materials

PADI eLearning program $211 (paid directly to PADI and subject to change).

– Ages 12 – 18
– Jr. Advanced Open Water (bring certification card)

CAMPER NUMBERS: 3 camper minimum

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations during the final 7 days prior to the camp will result in full charge for the camp.

– Next, go to Camp Registration Forms.  Download the forms, print, and fill out.  Please send completed scanned forms by email to dive@jacksdivinglocker.com or bring completed forms to Jack’s ASAP!
– Parents please review the medical questions.  If there is a YES, you must get doctor’s approval.  Call us for assistance.
– New students – parents please call to schedule an appointment with the Camp Coordinator prior to the camp for an orientation.

WE PROVIDE:
– Instruction, scuba equipment, wet suit

STUDENTS PROVIDE:
– Mask, Snorkel, Fins (rental gear available)
– Logbook
– Lunch, snacks, water bottle
– Swimsuit, towel, rash guard
– Dry clothes, sunscreen

PREPARATION:
– Start the PADI eLearning program at www.jacksdivinglocker.com
– Complete eLearning one week prior to camp start date

DAY 1 (9am – 3pm)
– Preparation: Read EFR manual
– Bring all registration and course materials
– Check-in and student/parent orientation (20min.)
– Classroom: EFR Course all day

DAY 2 (9am – 3pm)
– Classroom: Emergency Assistance Plan
– Shore: Rescue Diver Skills 1 – 5
– Classroom: Log Dives

DAY 3 (9am – 3pm)
– Classroom: Emergency Assistance Plan
– Shore: Rescue Diver Skills 6 -10
– Classroom: Log Dives

DAY 4 (9am – 3pm)
– Shore or Boat: Rescue Diver Scenarios 1 & 2
– Classroom: Log Dives, Certifications, Celebration

GENERAL INFO:
All courses include instruction by PADI certified Instructors and Divemasters. All camps follow PADI course outlines. PADI is the Professional Association of Diving Instructors — the world’s largest scuba certification agency.
